14-day refund

If PairCipher isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

• Email hello@paircipher.com from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of the purchase date.
• We refund to your original payment method through Stripe.
• Your bank usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days.

After a refund

The refunded purchase may be deactivated, so it can no longer be set up on new phones.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
